前年看TLW前三季的时候，对bette的看法一直很平淡，只是觉得她作为一名黑白混血的les，和C.A.C的艺术总监，她很强势，很自信，but too CONTROL FREAK.但是最近继续看S4，到现在播的S5，自己已经不知不觉爱上bette大人了，504之后，同时成为tibetter!~等待S5接下来tibette真正的华丽回归!bravo!~
ps.之前在S1的最爱是marina，所以我果然是女神控吗？哈哈

• 　　这个帖子纯属是被刺激出来的，刺激了我一下午，现在总算平静了，原谅我要是某些观点有点偏颇。
  1.JB向你诠释了什么叫优雅。现在光说不行，得拿出证据。

  　　 I watch the show I didn’t see any lesbians look like UPS workers, that’s my girlfriends, they all look that the UPS worker lesbians.

  　　 JB: I think the point of the title is that it speaks to the invisibility of the community. You know this is a group of people that have been largely invisible in a culture.

  2.她让我感动。
  　　 我是个书呆子，百无一用，颇为迂腐，严肃、无聊、喜欢大道理。所谓如人饮水，冷暖自知，书生自有书生的乐趣。JB让我感动，因为她让我感受到了人性的美。

  　　 上面是JB怀孕的时候在glaad上的演讲。
  　　 这段话我引用了无数遍了，太喜欢了。喜欢看the l word是形形色色各种不同的人，这意味着什么呢？除去那些让人感到羞愧的关于谁有权利选举，什么样才叫爱国，谁有权利结婚的争论，很多人，不单单是同性恋，不单单是猎奇的（翻译成猎奇真是便宜了他们）异性恋，而是还有很多其它的人喜欢这个在发生在好莱坞的关于一群女同性恋的故事，而在这个故事当中，人们重新发现了自己人性的光辉，这也是电视媒体的影响力和潜在的美。
  　　估计有些人看完了，人性的光辉没发现，人性的污点倒是找出来不少。

  　　 When the show ends, what will miss most?
  　　 Being part of a story that means so much to so many so people, because I know I will go on to work on other projects that are meaningful to me. I just hope I am able to work on something that is not only meaningful to me but to some other people, because I know my friends on the show, I will see my friends I will be in w ~~~~.
  　　 所有的cast member, 好像只有她总把gay right, helpful to the gay community 挂在嘴边。她也确实参见了一系列的诸如sf gay pride parade, glaad, human right等活动。在参加完了Mathew Shepard Foundation's Honors 2007的活动之后，她在采访和podcast里面都说希望Bette做个斗士，虽然在我看来很naïve.
  3.达官的人生态度。
  　　 JB是害羞的，害羞的人在好莱坞是少见的。我觉得害羞是件很痛苦的事，它让你有太多的负担，在一个podcast里，interviewer问JB如何处理面对大众的pressure, she answered I just don’t think about it. 她说她演完戏从来不看recaps, 也不关注评论。她家没有电视, plus她住深山老林，她给杂志拍素颜照片，她说她自己像个隐者，没什么事不出来。Just don’t think about it, 看似简单，能做到的便是圣人。
  4.Soulful look
  　　 不知道有多少人看afterellen的recaps,
  　　 I saw Flashdance over the weekend, and the only resemblance between this Jennifer Beals and that Jennifer Beals -- other than general hotness -- is the soulful, sorrowful look she gets sometimes.
  　　 如果说marina的眼神是犀利的（我总认为那是因为她眼睛小的关系，开玩笑），JB总是一双无辜的大眼睛看着你，好像有一汪水，用soulful sorrowful 形容最贴切。504bette和jodi在shebar的时候，JB的眼睛是亮的，40多岁眼神还能如此一尘不染，没有杂质。
  5.纯熟的演技。
  　　 看到某人对JB以前电影的评价，我无语！下面视频这个是关于in the soup的，我最喜欢的是在楼顶的一段，太美了。

  　　 顺便说一句她ex也太穷了，拍电影还得用JB妈妈的钱。
  　　 能把一个和自己性格、性向都相反的人演的这么深入人心，不容易。
  　　 说了这么多，写了一下午，累死我了。
  　　 这些都是内在的，外貌可以打扮，形象可以包装，要是实在自然条件太差还可以整形，不过我们的self-esteem需要自己的努力。
  　　 拥有这么多优点还恰巧是个美女，耶鲁毕业，敢给杂志拍素颜照片，天生丽质有自信啊。有人问她不能认同tlw是什么，她说有很多，有一个居然是fashion. 觉得JB的鼻子最好看，侧脸尤其漂亮。在我看来，JB就是最美的。
